"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The Wi-Fi was beyond useless, disconnecting every 5 seconds and making it impossible to get anything done. Over a 4- night stay, not once did housekeeping bother to clean the room—absolutely unacceptable. The location is isolated and far from the city, which might feel unsafe, especially for man traveling alone. To make matters worse, the so-called "security" consists of plain-clothed individuals who do nothing but stare at guests in a creepy and invasive manner. The hotel defends this as "monitoring," but it’s downright inappropriate and uncomfortable. Customer service was equally appalling—rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
