"This hotel could be considered a hidden gem. It's not widely known yet, and finding it relies heavily on Google Maps as signage to the location is still minimal. Overall, the building is new, the rooms are spacious, the towels smell fresh, the floors are clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Facilities that could be added might include some children's games to make it more kid-friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the parking is adequate. Nearby, you can play with guinea pigs, see cattle breeding facilities at BBIB, and enjoy coffee with mountain views at Arjuno Cafe. Overall, it's worth the money."

"The view in the cabin was beautiful. Location is serene and quiet. The temperature is superb! The only that was really noticeable was the cleanliness of the cabin. The bedsheets were not the freshest causing us to itch, there were also tiny roaches on our bed. Understand that we were in the “nature” environment but the cabins can do some deep cleaning and proper maintenance! It’s such a waste otherwise we will definitely return to this place."

"This hotel actually has good facilities and spacious rooms with pleasant views because it is close to the rice fields and there is an epic train crossing in the middle of the rice fields. Unfortunately the management is so ordinary as is the friendliness. The food menu is ordinary even though there are quite a lot of food variations. The most pleasant thing is that the swimming pool is quite large and clean and there are jacuzzi facilities."

"I booked a standard family room with two twin beds for 2 nights, totaling 580K. To my surprise, the room had no windows and no TV. I ended up requesting an upgrade to a Deluxe Family Suite, which at least had a TV. However, there were no amenities provided, just towels that were already grayish and bottled mineral water. Luckily, it was close to Alfamidi, so I could buy a toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, and hot drinks. They said the swimming pool was still leaking. In the end, I only stayed for one night."

"My overall experience at El Hotel was quite satisfying, from the room and ambiance to the clean pool. However, what truly amazed me were the service staff, from the parking attendants to housekeeping, and there was one male staff member whose name I didn't catch... Despite it being a 3-star hotel, the staff made it feel like a 5-star experience. Their hospitality felt genuinely heartfelt. Having stayed at various star-rated hotels multiple times, I can discern between staff who serve with happy vibes and those who serve purely based on procedure. Their smiles were different, and so was their service. It seems El Hotel has implemented excellent management that values its staff, which in turn positively impacts their service to customers. Hopefully, this continues!"
