"Our cruise company booked us in this hotel for one night as the waters in the Danube were too low to get to Constanta. What a beautiful hotel looking out over the Black Sea. Rooms were large and very comfortable and the hospitality was great. Constanta is a vibrant town and we enjoyed our walking tour in the center. A bit of a bus journey to get here but well worth it."

"You cannot adjust the room temperature!!! The thermostat is locked and you need to call Reception every time you want to make cooler or warmer or even to turn it off. I have never, ever found this in a hotel. SPA is tiny and i ly open from 14:00 till 21:00. However the sauna is pretty cold. TV is not working properly, only a few channels are visible. Breakfast is a (sorrow) joke. Far away from the city and any kind of activity. All in all a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!"

"Disgusting hotel to have a room.we got there after booking online and payday 400 ron for a family room,wich we were told on the phone it was a apartment.when we got there the bathroom had a bubble jacuzzi type bath wich was mouldy and old grime,the seal was all grimy and dirty the button foe the bubbles was pushed in and looked like it didn't function for years? We stayed there for 2 nights.the next day we went to the beach,when we come back to the room nobody change our towels,nobody come to the room for room service to change the sheets or replace the hlasses with clean ones.Breakfast is not included u have to pay from 80 ron going up.Cofee in the morning u have to pay for it as we'll!! Sbdolute disgrace.The next night cost us 600 ron still no breakfast included. When complained to the hotel stuff she just shake her shoulders and smirked at me and told me I have to wash my own glasses and she can give me sheets but I have to do it myself because the cleaners have gone home and they didn't have time to do our room!!!!.When I complained to the manager she laughed and didn't even said sorry,she didn't care at all. I Wouldn't recommend to anyone to pay to go to Marea neagra hotel in constanta unless u prepare to empty urbown rubbish,change ur own towels change ur own bedding and wash ur own glasses as although is the cleaners job to do it u be lucky if they have time or inclination to do their job.From all staff up to the manager who she is a obnoxious irresponsible manager. The manager and the stuff are a embarrassment for Marea Neagra hotel in constanta. I can't even imagine what the owner is like.Dont go there waist of money.Absolute rip off and Disgusting hotel."

"OK, But nothing spectacular Decent size room, tv is OK Breakfast had fruit, but average. Elevator is very small. The area close to the hotel is a bit in ruins. The beach is close but it sucks after the 2021 extension. There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. 2-3 minute walk."

"One of our favourite hotels at the sea side. The rooms are brand new, spacious, large confortable bed, nice balcony with sea view or lake view. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. The coffee is really good, big plus for this. They have garrage and front parking as well, so it is very safe. The pool is a great place to spend the afternoons. They have their own beach, right in front of the hotel. Highly reccomend Nyota!"

"The room was a disaster. The bathroom shower was completely covered in mold. The service was terrible. Food was simply brought to the table without any explanation – it was a case of "take it or leave it." The beach was completely covered in moldy seaweed that stank to high heaven. I can't understand how they can offer guests such a room. It was booked through GTA Touristik. I wonder if they don't check what they're booking."
