"One turning into the car park the hotel does look a little dull and needs something to jazz it up. Maybe enlist the artists at the local high school to paint some wall art in bright colours. However you could not wish or ask for more charming and friendly staff. Truly lovely from the first phone call with Maria to the charming staff on arrival down to the friendly room service staff. The rooms were basic but neat clean and cosy all we needed. Thank you for a lovely overnighter."

"I did a 5 night stay with my wife and our 2 fur-babies. Met John on arrival, he was very friendly and welcoming. Chalet was clean and had most amenties required for our stay. Chalet was clean and well equipped including a fenced off grassed area for the dogs to enjoy ( grass could have been a bit shorter but didnt cause any issues). All the farm animals were very human and dog friendly. TV and wifi was very limited but its great to get back to nature and the simple things in life. Location is great, we found excellent 10/10 dog friendly restaurants in both Manjimup and Pemberton, 10 & 15 minutes away. Would be a good family get-away as well with activities and gamesroom for the little ones. This ticked all our boxes for a relaxing, quiet, foodie getaway. Definately recommend this stay"

"After 5 PM, hotel check-in is only available via self-service. However, for some reason, Ctrip didn't provide my correct contact information to the hotel; instead, they sent a bunch of gibberish. This prevented the hotel from successfully sending me the key collection notification. Luckily, hotel staff were nearby. The hotel room facilities are far inferior to a three-star hotel in China, making it extremely poor value for money. Unfortunately, there aren't many accommodation options in this small town. I can make do for one night, but I definitely won't stay a second night."

"Extremely comfy beds, clean linen and friendly staff, great atmosphere all round. The sports bar is attached and had a fantastic meal across the road at Tall Timbers. It’s not 5 star but worth the money and central to everything in town. Parking out front and great coffee across the road."
