"I will start with the positive points about the hotel. It’s in a great location a 4 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean in the hotel. There is a happy hour from 5 to 7 with 40% off drinks. There is also a spa on the 5th floor of the hotel which I tried and got the most amazing massage from Julie who is so friendly and knowledgeable and runs the place like clock work. Well worth a visit on your stay and prices are very good. The negatives are the hotel rooms are dated and really need upgraded. The breakfast selection was good something for everyone but the evening meal selection was terrible and the food was lukewarm which was a shame. There was no real entertainment in the bar area at night when we were there in October apart from background music playing and a couple of nights of bingo. I would definitely go back to Los Alcazares and the beautiful Mar Menor as it is definitely a place to relax but I don’t think I would return to the hotel until they have improved the rooms and food selection."

"The hotel is really outskirt, we saw a lot of golfers stayed there. The room is not in good condition, kettle is broken, air-conditioning is noisy. Any good? There is a street full of restaurants. Supermarket is 5 mins drive away. If u could get it for 70euro..go for it.. We paid 100euro..definitely not worth it."

"Aparthotel Bahía fue como tener un pequeño hogar lejos de casa. El apartamento era amplio, impecable y estaba muy bien equipado, con un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Lo mejor fue el personal: cercano, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; el trato fue verdaderamente personal. Mi única queja es que la estancia terminó demasiado pronto. ¡Volvería encantado! Aparthotel Bahía felt like a comfortable little home away from home. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, the staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always happy to help—the service felt personal, never routine. My only complaint is that the stay ended far too quickly! I would happily return."

"We stayed for 3 nights at the end of May 2025. Convenient location. The sea, the beach, the promenade with a peaceful view of the mar minor and the marina are literally around the corner. The mud baths are 10 minutes away along the embankment. The fish exchange with a cafe-kiosk, where without pathos, simply and deliciously you can enjoy the freshest dishes from freshly caught seafood and excellent coffee (open until 15-00) is also 10 minutes in the opposite direction along the embankment. Opposite the exchange are mobile children's attractions. We were kindly offered a spacious 3-bed room - thank you). From the convenient and important: the room has a refrigerator, a small balcony with furniture, blackout curtains, a very large bathroom with a window to the courtyard, a fairly comfortable mattress, daily cleaning, linen - every other day. You need to bring your own toiletries. Glasses were taken at the reception, there are also coffee and chip machines. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was not open in May, there are several cafes nearby. From the San Pedro bus station you can get to the hotel by local buses to the Lo Pagan Feria stop (15 minutes) and then walk along the embankment for 7 minutes. Good location."

"From my point of view, the hotel isn't bad. However, there are some very important details to keep in mind. Hygiene is very important, and for example, I had the misfortune of seeing cockroaches in the bathrooms. On the other hand, perhaps it coincided with my stay, but we had problems with water outages for two consecutive mornings. When we got up to shower, there was no water. This also affected the buffet area, as the coffee machines weren't working properly. The reception staff is very friendly and always willing to help and resolve any issues: they even gave me a voucher for the spa because of the inconvenience. In the buffet area, there was only one woman with short hair who wasn't very friendly, as she responded rather rudely. Oh well, I probably didn't have a good week. Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but it could be much better if they focused on the aforementioned details: cleanliness and improving the water system."
