"The stay was not worth the amount we paid. The room was average, not able to close fully the window curtains, people were walking on veranda and noisy . The service was below standard. The internet was not functional initially, and although it was reported, it was only serviced later. I was told that food had to be arranged from outside as the restaurant was not operational. So we did not order the dinner and not took breakfast. The access way to the accommodation was poorly lit and very muddy. Our shoes became dirty with mud. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay, as it was not worth the amount we paid. The room service boys were very helpful, polite and  caring but most of the things were out of their control."

"Beach Symphony was a wonderful place to stay. Only minutes from the beach, it was a haven next to the vibrancy and bustle of beach life. The service was excellent - nothing was too much to ask - and delicious meals were enjoyed on the balcony of our cottage. Extras such as the ayurvedic spa and a shikira ride in the backwaters (both recommended) were readily organised. A great end to a fabulous holiday touring Kerula!"

"Excellent place to simply chill/wind down among large open expanse of greenery/trees/flowers and sufficiently large pool . Stayed for a night to wind down from my few days of bike rides..friendly and helpful staff..cross the raos , you can hit the beach...But what I really noticed was 'accessibility' provisions for differently abled...ramp to room, bath room fitted with assisting infrastructure, etc. etc.. Wheel Chair accessible.. Suggestion to staff...Trees and plants should be name plated.."

"Stayed for 4 nights and loved the villa , the team, managed by Deepu all made our stay so welcome and relaxed The chef excelled catering for our different palettes. I loved the tiger prawns , hubby the curries ! The pool is great and quite cool The beach is 50 meters away and can be busy at sunset and festival days We walked ***** the beach and felt safe, either hired sun-beds for a few rupees or just sat on the sand. Tourists and locals all very friendly Local shop is walking distance, plenty of taxis and tuk tuk We declined the use of the bicycles, others may appreciate them! Wish we could stay longer. Good stop off after the Back Waters Loved the juices and salads"

"Amazing stay. Superb private beach and facilities. Rooms also were very clean and tidy Negatives maybe mosquitos a bit more but they are trying their best to tackle it. The bathrooms are open. For some it maybe fine. But for others it myt feel awkward. Atleast a curtain shud b there. Lighting around the resort and inside looks elegant but maybe it cud b more brighter. Especially wen there are snakes news all around. All staffs were exceptional and at their toes to all our needs including the restaurant staff. Especially Mr.Arun gave us a good deal to enjoy our stay."
