"That was awful. We cut our holiday short and left early the next day. The room was incredibly dusty. The bathroom vent was so filthy that dust bunnies were hanging out of it. The shelf above the shower was covered in dirt and soap scum. Our room didn't have a curtain, and the room opposite could see directly into ours. We had to wedge the bedspread between the window frames. The TV was to the right of the bed, not opposite it. The nearest bus stop is a 12 km walk through an unlit forest or along an unlit road with no sidewalk. The food is incredibly expensive. The portions are tiny for the price, and the selection is so unsuitable for vegans and vegetarians that there wasn't even margarine. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful, which was certainly due to being overwhelmed. On our arrival day, there was only one employee who was solely responsible for reception, the restaurant, the rooms, and extras. The sauna and wellness area are not included and cost €12 or €15 per hour with an appointment. This wasn't apparent on the website (which describes itself as a wellness hotel). Bowling and massage were additional services, listed with prices on the website. Our room was directly above the kitchen, and it seemed like the cook was constantly tenderizing meat and dropping things. The hotel is located right next to a fenced-off military area, and gunfire could be heard at regular intervals at night. It was awful and absolutely not recommended. We received this short break as a gift through a holiday box, and even with that, two nights were unacceptable."

"A wonderful hotel in a very great location. We had a beautiful room. Wellness area small and very beautiful. Eating super. The arrival is hard because of the street lock, but we knew it before. Mrs Reichelt is really a pearl 👍 Mrs Baldauf should actually be in the service thought. "
