"Very small, didn’t tell us we needed to choose smoking or non smoking room and it smelled of smoke. Beds did not seem clean they were small. You can hear through the wall. Old Good for a person fishing who just needs a place to land but not for a comfortable place to relax."

"This house is amazing! Our room had everything we needed and breakfast was tasty and well presented. It’s is an unusual experience to stay in such a quirky house and was a bit strange to not meet any hosts or staff until breakfast. The check in is done remotely, with your key left in a letterbox outside - a hangover from Covid probably, but it was quite impersonal. We walked along the riverfront to the Town Visitor Welcome Centre and found some really interesting information about the road and the Lauerman House history."
