Really enjoyed the two night stay here. Its located in the middle of the country with very little nearby. You need to drive here and have access to car/bikes during your stay. We had our own bikes and they had a secure cycle store onsite which was very handy. Easy 20 min cycle into town, slightly harder up hill ride back! The design of this hotel is super, so many details it's hard to list but the rooms are well designed with good amount of surfaces and storage for 2 people! Beautiful little window seats to take in the view. Coffee and coffee machine provided. Stunning heated pool facing into the vineyards, two saunas and a steamroom. Breakfast was excellent, a little slow on service to be honest but excellent nonetheless. We taxied out one night (no issues getting out and back) and ate in the hotel on the second night. Dinner was also excellent as well. Highly recommend and would return.

Its only 1 min drive from the A26/A4 Autoroute, It looks a bit grim from the outside, but the rooms are comfortable, clean spacious for 3, security cameras, in car park A double and a single bed strong free WIFI, a minutes drive from burger king mc Donald's and other shops, Reims is very historic beautiful, centre about 8k away. Motel is right next door to a champagne bottling factory. Try your french with the reception, they are friendly and speak English and are not gruff with your French mangling.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop on our return to the UK. We had driven up from Nimes en route to Calais and after about 8 hours travelling Reims was the perfect location. The hotel is very close to the motorway junction and there is a massive L'Eclerc to fill the car up or grab any food/supplies. We had a family room which was excellent and perfect for our needs. The hotel is very new and has everything that you expect from Hotel B&B. The location is great if you want to get the tram into Reims or catch the TGV as the station is a few minutes walk away. We have used a number of Hotel B&B around France and always find them convenient and good value for money, despite the Euro-Pound exchange rate!

Where do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

An essential journey through France before the latest lockdown, we were confident that the staff would provide a safe environment based on our experience in the summer. There was a curfew from 21.00 so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and croissants etc. With fewer tradesmen staying the disabled parking spaces were left free, unlike in August. If you need a disabled space you might need to speak to reception to get the white vans moved.

Good morning, I wouldn't come to this hotel First Class of Tinqueux West!! The rooms are soundproofed, from 5 a.m. on the morning, a person makes household and makes noise!!! The staff who are working is not aware of the fact that people want to sleep! I wanted to go back to this hotel to try again but I see it won't change! If you want to sleep, pass your way and don't come to this hotel there's much better than that with a better price. Not a lot to talk to the staff of this hotel because I've already spoken about it and I've been told that they're going to do the necessary but I see it doesn't seem to change and understand, I still have a horrible night to spend!!! This huge hotel is in an area of other motorway hotels a few minutes off the motorway so convenient location. We walked a long way to our room but there is plenty of parking Bed was narrower than other hotels. It has a pool beside the restaurant which was evidently a big hit with families, and a large garden. Dogs are allowed which is why we booked. There is a buffet breakfast. There was nothing for me to eat in the restaurant as a vegan, so I ordered an Uber eats and my husband ate there. He enjoyed the beef and fried potatoes. And breakfast buffet had no dairy free milk or margarine. So dry toast with jam. All in all with one dinner and breakfast it was over 200 euros. The room with breakfast was 187. It was just not woth that.
