"When booking we asked that my wife and I be next door to our friend who was going on a fishing trip with us. We also asked to be facing the back parking lot in order to keep an eye on our boat.  We were told it was taken care of.  When we arrived, we were on two separate floors and neither room faced the back lot.  When I told the front desk about it, there was just the “oh man” response with no attempt to offer to rectify the problem.  We got no room service on our last night there."
