"The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mataram and within walking distance to a large shopping mall. On top of that, it boasts a spacious garden and a swimming pool, making the environment truly superb. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The towels provided were quite yellowed, and the shower only had one shower gel, with no soap even at the sink. The breakfast was a buffet, and while the variety wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious (except for the orange juice, which was awful)."

"The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay."

"Clean and perfectly adequate for a short, budget-friendly stay. The biggest pros are definitely the excellent hot water pressure, clean linens, and how quiet it is at night thanks to the peaceful street. The air conditioning works well too. My only minor gripe is the lack of a kettle and cups!"

"It is located near epicentrum. This is an okay hotel if you need to re-check your needs to Gili. If you forget some things (Like I do. I forget to bring suimsuit. Wow...isn't it?) I bought some suim suit at the mall. Nail clipper, sunblock too. Other than that, I dunno why I would recommend this hotel. I could have been wiser to spend my money at other hotel. But if you must, don't try their breakfast. Un-hygiene. This is not suitable for family with kids."
