GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

YYiduoyunpiaoguoHotel facilities The room facilities are average, but there is a balcony, which is nice for cooling off in the car at night. There is nothing else attractive about it. There is one big drawback, which can be ignored by those who like to get up early. There is a mosque next to it that starts chanting at about 4 o'clock. The great lama seems to be right in the window, which makes it hard to sleep. The breakfast is OK.

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

MmochFrom Bali to Lombok at night around 12 o'clock, good service, fairly clean rooms and delicious food, very strategic location near the Mataram Islamic Center right in the city center and also Udayana Park... Suitable for backpackers or business people who want to stay here because of the price also affordable

JJan‘nworldIt was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
