"We always stop here on our way to Panama City Beach driving from Green Bay Wi. There are several hotels, gas stations and two decent restaurants nearby. This hotel is a good overall purchase with what it has to offer. The room and general upkeep of the hotel is good and the location is great for getting back on the road."

"Extremely disappointing experience. I spent weeks trying to obtain receipts for charges on my credit card and was repeatedly denied assistance by a hotel employee. During multiple calls, I was placed on hold for extended periods, hung up on, and treated unprofessionally while simply trying to obtain documentation. I contacted Hilton Customer Care and was told the hotel would need to provide the receipts. Even when a colleague called on my behalf, assistance stopped once it was discovered the request was related to my account. What is most frustrating is that another person at my company was eventually able to obtain the receipts, and they confirmed that we had been overcharged by more than $1,600. My concerns were valid from the beginning, yet I was forced to spend countless hours trying to get basic information that should have been readily available. The overcharge issue is being addressed, but the customer service experience was unacceptable. I expect much better professionalism, communication, and respect from a Hilton property."

"If you are traveling anywhere down I-65 between Huntsville and Nashville, don’t look any further. We stayed here over the past weekend, and were so pleased with everything. As soon as you walk in, the hotel lobby smells amazing and we were greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. The lobby has a lot of places to sit and hang out to read or just relax. Our room was immaculate, and there was plenty of room for our stuff. We only stayed one night, but there was plenty in the area. A really nice Publix was right next door, easy to walk to, and there was also restaurants in the same shopping center or only a mile or two down the road. We felt safe and will definitely stay here again."

"Recently I had to vacate my home just a few miles away and ended up staying two full weeks here. Hardly anyone knows what hotels are like in their own hometowns; however, I would recommend this one to anyone. It’s a lot of sugar for a nickel. They had a very modest rate compared to most places near here. A very nice family seems to be in charge and they were always friendly and saw to any needs. The maid service was wonderful and the rooms are clean and tidy with every amenity. I did laundry while here which was so convenient. Best of all, especially for the time of year: the air conditioner worked fantastically!! Breakfast was actually not only edible but they had these great pastries with cream cheese or berry centers. The coffee was awesome! Best of all, they share a parking lot with Stan’s which for 80 years has served the best county ham and biscuits ever. All their food is great and it made convenient stay even better. Everyone I spoke to that was staying here was more than happy. It was also mostly quiet and they have a pool. This is a bargain for sure!"
