"Extremely disappointing experience. I spent weeks trying to obtain receipts for charges on my credit card and was repeatedly denied assistance by a hotel employee. During multiple calls, I was placed on hold for extended periods, hung up on, and treated unprofessionally while simply trying to obtain documentation. I contacted Hilton Customer Care and was told the hotel would need to provide the receipts. Even when a colleague called on my behalf, assistance stopped once it was discovered the request was related to my account. What is most frustrating is that another person at my company was eventually able to obtain the receipts, and they confirmed that we had been overcharged by more than $1,600. My concerns were valid from the beginning, yet I was forced to spend countless hours trying to get basic information that should have been readily available. The overcharge issue is being addressed, but the customer service experience was unacceptable. I expect much better professionalism, communication, and respect from a Hilton property."
