"The place is in the middle of the forest, which is beautiful and unique. The staff is very uninterested (the hotel had few occupied rooms, and yet they gave us a room on the ground floor, even though the price we paid was higher than the rate at the time of booking for a higher category). Warm water took a long time to come out—about 15–20 minutes. It wasn’t very clean; I found hair everywhere from the previous guests. It was very cold, and there was no heating system other than the beds. The only good thing was that the air outside was fresh and there was a coffee maker I could use to make tea."

"We've been going to this hotel for many years now and we've been witnesses to it's decay. The cabin we were assigned to was #3 I got my slippers wet and found out the water was comming from the toilet some guys were sent to check but did not fix the issue and left us with a mop. there were spiderwebs (they look pretty old) all over the bathroom and the jacuzzi area, The faucet was falling off and overol it felt dirty. Over the lake there's a little dock and it's missing some wooden boards already, plastics bottles all moldy already were in the water, the plants were over grown. I know we're going to get a forest experience but for the price I'll expect to have a beatiful, clean place to stay and to be calling the desk service all the time"

"Sleep experience, we were invited to a wedding that was held there, the #2 cabin is that they allot us, there were chinches in beds and far from solve the problem and be empathical with the situation they wanted to dress the situation they were with Cucarachas, we bite the morning, we took pictures of animals, moved us to #10 cabin, which never served the bathroom, bathing you is almost impossible because they didn't take the boilers, if you have the chance to go there, miss it."
