"We've been going to this hotel for many years now and we've been witnesses to it's decay. The cabin we were assigned to was #3 I got my slippers wet and found out the water was comming from the toilet some guys were sent to check but did not fix the issue and left us with a mop. there were spiderwebs (they look pretty old) all over the bathroom and the jacuzzi area, The faucet was falling off and overol it felt dirty. Over the lake there's a little dock and it's missing some wooden boards already, plastics bottles all moldy already were in the water, the plants were over grown. I know we're going to get a forest experience but for the price I'll expect to have a beatiful, clean place to stay and to be calling the desk service all the time"

"The hotel is very well located, the place is pretty, everything is within walking distance, the village is very beautiful. There are some nice and good restaurants. The only point to consider, apart from a fireplace which does not heat much, there is no heating in the cabanas and the nights in February are cold."
