"You have a good view on the ocean, but you can‘t swim in their. The service is terrible you have to ask for everything. If you order a drink you have to wait 30 minutes to get your drink. For the food you have to wait way longer. We ate the breakfast at 8:20 (it opens from 08:00 to 10:00) and they didn’t have ANY bread. In the breakfast are tree things incudes (tortillas, bread and marmalade and tacos) for a European is is nothing really good. We ordered the bread and marmalade but they didn’t had it and we didn’t get anything else for the price we paid. On every table you don’t bekam any napkins. And the tables are NOT clean at all. No one at the hotel really speaks English they only speak and understand Spanish. And in your room you HAVE to ask for soap and shower gel. For tree people we bekam a small amount of soap. To get to the hotel you have to order a Taxi and you don’t really have any road and have to go through the forest. You don’t have any alternatives in any ways. So at the end you paid for the ocean and not for a good hotel."
