"A hotel located on the small coast in Senegal in a quiet area, because a little bit out of the way from Saly. The place lives up to the photos and is completely idyllic. We arrived there on a Sunday morning at 3am and were welcomed because the reception is open 24 hours a day. The birdsong accompanies you as soon as you wake up and breathtaking landscapes with a view of the sea are there, including the splendid sunsets. The hotel staff is very pleasant and attentive. The manager, Fodé, is very proactive and is constantly trying to improve the quality of service at his establishment. We were even able to stay until 5pm without a supplement on the day of our departure. The price we were able to obtain, thanks to Opodo prime, was totally correct compared to the service which was half-board. Breakfast consisted of bread, butter, jam and Bissap as well as coffee and tea. Dinner consisted of a main course and a dessert decided by the chef who cooks relatively well overall. We ate a delicious beef bourguignon in particular. We highly recommend this establishment and have wonderful memories of it. The month"

"First time in my life I have been told that I should pay for the ice. I asked ice in the bar and the guy told me no because it’s a bar and I told him I want to drink some water it’s 31 degrees we were by the pool and my bottle of water(which is the one that cleaners give everyday in your room) got warm. And he told me no it’s the bar. I went to reception and complained about it, after a while a manager or whoever was came to me and told me that they don’t give ice because people are bringing drinks from outside and asking ice in the bar. I told him it’s just water and that he could smell it even. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels all over the world. Never had problem with this kind of thing. After I asked some more and the barman told me it’s the last time tomorrow no ice and I asked him if I should bring mine from outside then in order to give me some ice. It’s ridiculous to ask for ice and not be able to get some if you don’t pay. Nowhere in the world this is happening especially in those kind of resorts or hotels.. They try to get money from you for everything only because they see you’re white.."

First of all, we would like to thank all the management who listen to their customers every day (a little nod to all those people who criticize by writing on the networks rather than talking about it verbally..). Of course the entire reception team, the bar, the restaurant who do everything to be pleasant and very cheerful for us (shame on those who disrespect them so often observed). Of course, let’s not forget the maintenance, cleaning and green spaces staff. For us elders, we would like to wish Omar and Maguette an excellent retirement for all these years but congratulations to the next generation 👍.
