"I can only say that this is the worst four-star hotel I stayed in along the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. If the hotel is old, the rooms are small, and there is no separate shower room, these are objective conditions that are difficult to change, then the lack of service makes the four-star hotel even more unworthy of its name. No one called us in advance before checking in, and we found out that their hotel has three buildings, the reception building, the VIP building, and the guest building. There are front desks on all three buildings, and you should inform us in advance which building the passengers should check in. As a result, no one informed us in advance, and we dragged our luggage to a random building to check in, and then we were told that it was not this building, so we had to drag our luggage to another building, and no one helped us with the luggage throughout the whole process. The mouthwash cups and drinking cups in the room are all disposable plastic cups. There is an electric heater, but it is very, very small, and the room still can't be heated up for a long time even if it is turned to the maximum. Because there was no separate shower room, I didn't dare to take a shower that night (if I did, the toilet would be full of water). I could only use the handheld shower to wash my feet. As a result, the water was cold after running for a long time. After studying it, I found that the cold and hot directions were reversed. The breakfast was the least varied among all the hotels I stayed in on the whole Dahuanwang. There was only Chinese food but no Western food. There were not many varieties and the taste was average. The steamed grains were hard. The restaurant played scenic spot advertisements and hotel introductions throughout the whole process. It was impossible to eat quietly, and the advertisements were looped. We heard the same advertisement three times during the meal... Maybe this hotel is already very good in the local area. According to their advertisements, this hotel is the only four-star hotel in the local area. But to be honest, compared with four-star hotels in other parts of Dahuanwang, both hardware and software are not a little bit worse. But the price is not the lowest, so it gives us a feeling that it is not worth it."
