"The service was great! Jamie at the desk went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Hurray to her for doing a great job. The hotel was spotless, from the entrance to the room. We had the best new walk in hot shower we had ever. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay again and tell our friends and family that a great stay we had. Thanks again!"

"We recently spent several nights at the Highland Lake Inn while attending a family reunion nearby. The guest experience provided by hosts Pico and Gail exceeded all expectations. Breakfasts had a European flair, with something to select satisfying most food sensitivities, and included eggs prepared to order, homemade granola, fruit, yogurt, a selection of bread products and French butter. We enjoyed visiting with our congenial and intelligent hosts over a wide variety of topics. We definitely recommend The Highland Lake Inn! Bonus: Andover's only EV charging stations are located at The Highland Lake Inn."
