"Very very nicely done hotel with great ambiance and decor but the winner is the staff; A1 attitude and can-do guys, right from the reception to the service. Regrettably, I forgot the names of the reception guys but the barman Charles, was a very accommodating and pleasant host. Alba is definitely the hotel to stay in whilst in Meru."

"I am a meru and my late grandmother lived 20 mins from here. We always used to find an excuse to go spend at least a night or 2 at Alba hotel . ( even my grandmother loved their breakfast cakes and bread so we always carried )Their service is AMAZING. The food .. to die for. The staff…. these guys have great , amazing, excellent customer care. This august went on an impromptu work related visit and it was ( of course ) great. I could write paragraphs on how great they are. . Keep it up Alba . Will be back next month "
