"Beautiful but cold farmhouse. Incompetent reception staff! Terrible dinner; we weren't given the option to choose the menu we requested several times during the reservation. Despite the €60 per person (drinks not included), we blindly ate whatever the chef decided to prepare (a rabbit dish), which was absolutely unthinkable! I strongly advise against treating guests who have spent a fortune this way! Failed!!!"

"I stayed here with a friend for her birthday on 1st May. It is a beautiful hotel managed by amazing staff. Out of season is quiet but very relaxing and informal. We didn't get to use the pool or jacuzzi so we have booked another stay to really enjoy the facilities. My only criticism was lack of choice for vegetarians in the restaurant. I had a meal that I could have thrown together in minutes at home. Good prices and the happiest and most helpful staff that you could ask for. Thank you Masseria Elysium, see you soon."

The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi work flawlessly, which made our stay extra comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms spotlessly clean every single day. The staff deserves a special mention — they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and nearby excursions were spot on and really enriched our holiday. Dining at the home restaurant Il Coccio was a highlight. Every meal was a delight, with authentic flavors, perfect presentation, and a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was equally impressive: abundant, varied, and simply delicious — the perfect way to start the day. The estate itself is vast and beautifully maintained, with plenty of quiet corners where you can relax, read a book, or just soak in the peaceful atmosphere. "I'd heard great things about this restaurant and was seriously considering booking my son's communion here, scheduled for June. But after what I saw, I'm definitely changing my mind! The location is undoubtedly beautiful, well-kept, and has a lovely garden, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff was inattentive, often absent, and more busy laughing and chatting with each other than attending to the customers. This was unprofessional behavior, something you wouldn't expect in such a highly regarded place. I went out for a stroll in the garden and found some staff members casually smoking. My first thought was, "Are they really going to be waiting tables again with those hands?" Unacceptable. The food, moreover, seemed "homemade" in the most homely and improvised sense of the word: nothing special, no attention to presentation, and rather bland flavors. A real shame, because the place has all the right credentials, but with such a sparse and unprofessional staff, it's a definite no. I'm sorry, but not only will I not take communion here, but I won't even be returning for lunch."

"Masseria Malvindi is a truly unique place. Set in stunning countryside surrounded by open fields and olive groves in rural Mesagne, Malvindi oozes charming authentic Puglian character with rooms set around a pretty courtyard with terraces opening on to a huge swimming pool. The hotel is a wonderful, tranquil retreat and the delightful staff made us feel like we part of a special family. Everyone we met was so helpful and went far beyond anything we’ve experienced before. Nathalie, Margherita, Annalaura, were so incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble and their warm smiles and charming humour made us feel incredibly privileged. I have to make a special mention for the amazing Luigi who kept surprising us with special treats and kept us laughing throughout. Thank you for everything and we hope to see you all very soon."

Staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout, and brilliant at helping us arrange local day trips too, suggesting some stunning places to take day trips to! Our youngest is a little picky with food and the restaurant happily accommodated something else for her to enjoy at dinner. Rooms very spacious. If you have kids, make sure you take a walk around the grounds and meet the chickens and rabbits!!!"

"Stayed at Tenuto Moreno for 3 nights in June. The hotel is set in beautifully manicured gardens miles from the nearest town/village. It is a vast property but only on two levels and there are many public rooms. Meals can be served al fresco, when weather permits, looking out to the walled garden. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped and designed. Dinner service was served in a timely manner and the food was good. I feel they could improve the breakfast service which though plentiful was rather haphazard.(group similar items together so that guests can find what they want and not have to wander round and round searching) Also there was too much cake and pastries and not much healthy food. Aside from that small niggle it is a lovely hotel and a good base for visiting Mesagne, Ostuni, Brindisi and Matera."
