"Beautiful but cold farmhouse. Incompetent reception staff! Terrible dinner; we weren't given the option to choose the menu we requested several times during the reservation. Despite the €60 per person (drinks not included), we blindly ate whatever the chef decided to prepare (a rabbit dish), which was absolutely unthinkable! I strongly advise against treating guests who have spent a fortune this way! Failed!!!"

"We have just had the most beautiful week at the wonderful Li Canali Reali. This place is so chilled and so relaxing. The breakfast each morning was the highlight of our day, incredible selection of fresh, local dishes. We stayed for lunch on our first day as we were shattered from travelling and again, like breakfast, it was beautiful! The staff here are all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. They are so attentive and we really benefited from their suggestions of places to go having never been to Italy before. Our children adored the pool area. It’s been a blissful week! Cannot recommend this magical place more highly ❤️🇮🇹 Graze mille for such a perfect week!"

"Stayed at Tenuto Moreno for 3 nights in June. The hotel is set in beautifully manicured gardens miles from the nearest town/village. It is a vast property but only on two levels and there are many public rooms. Meals can be served al fresco, when weather permits, looking out to the walled garden. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped and designed. Dinner service was served in a timely manner and the food was good. I feel they could improve the breakfast service which though plentiful was rather haphazard.(group similar items together so that guests can find what they want and not have to wander round and round searching) Also there was too much cake and pastries and not much healthy food. Aside from that small niggle it is a lovely hotel and a good base for visiting Mesagne, Ostuni, Brindisi and Matera."
