"I was in trouble because there was no shuttle bus between the hotel and the Dayton Airport. There weren't many taxis, so I had no choice but to use the Uber service. I didn't have any problems with Uber, but I was worried because I wasn't used to Uber overseas. Regarding the shuttle bus, I regret that I should have checked in advance. The hotel was quiet and clean. Also, the breakfast was buffet style and I had a good time. The free coffee and tea service in the lobby was available 24 hours a day and was very convenient."

"Horrible experience! We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm with our kids, after a long drive to find out that they overbooked the double rooms and they don't have one for us after our booking was confirmed. They offered a king bed with a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. There was a group of 10 people arriving moments before us, and it looks like they went with a better deal for the hotel - 5 rooms vs one. Very unethical behavior on behalf of the hotel. Every experience we have had at Holiday Inn has been a bad one, will not be staying in these hotels anymore."
