"Horrible experience! We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm with our kids, after a long drive to find out that they overbooked the double rooms and they don't have one for us after our booking was confirmed. They offered a king bed with a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. There was a group of 10 people arriving moments before us, and it looks like they went with a better deal for the hotel - 5 rooms vs one. Very unethical behavior on behalf of the hotel. Every experience we have had at Holiday Inn has been a bad one, will not be staying in these hotels anymore."

"I was in trouble because there was no shuttle bus between the hotel and the Dayton Airport. There weren't many taxis, so I had no choice but to use the Uber service. I didn't have any problems with Uber, but I was worried because I wasn't used to Uber overseas. Regarding the shuttle bus, I regret that I should have checked in advance. The hotel was quiet and clean. Also, the breakfast was buffet style and I had a good time. The free coffee and tea service in the lobby was available 24 hours a day and was very convenient."

"Hotel seems new and front desk staff was great. Our bathroom door was off the roller (it slides open) when we entered room after check in and they immediately switched rooms for us. Location is walkable to Texas Roadhouse and several other restaurants and a Walmart. Starbucks and chicfila near by too. Our room had two queens plus a trundle bed under couch so slept five if you needed it"
