Room service was great, I received a very nice and extensive breakfast. Wellness is definitely a must. Beautiful fruit plate provided as an extra. Fine! Beautiful piece of architecture. The beautiful Silt completely entranced me."

"Hotel facing the sea. Has a family suite ideal with 2 children +1 baby. Buffet breakfast included, sea view. Clean. A little noisy. Only one bathroom. Far from the center of Ostend. Benny at the reception is very nice. He even advised and booked a restaurant for us. I recommend."

"Never been in a hotel as bad as this in my life. You pay €166 per night and this is what you get in return: - rats walking down the poolside. This prevented us from lying quietly by the pool. We were also unable to open the window of our room resulting in a hot room. Too bad there is no air conditioning, so during hot summer days you have a problem; - there are mouldy spots on the pillowcase; - the double bed is small and consists of two small thin mattresses so you are not comfortable; - for a five-night stay for two people, there are four towels in the room and two rolls of toilet paper on arrival. If you need new ones of these, you pay an extra €10 per night. Also, the room is not refreshed unless you pay €10,- euro extra. This is NOT mentioned when booking this accommodation; - there is not enough crockery. For example, there is only one wine glass and there are no forks; - if an emergency occurs after 19:00, there is no staff at the hotel. If you call the emergency number, you are antisocially spoken to by someone from Ostend who can't do anything for you and you just have to report to reception the next morning. The next morning we went to reception and could NOT be helped because there is no supervision (are there unskilled staff behind the reception desk??) and should come back again the next day."

"I know prices are high along the coast, but I still find the night too expensive for the room we got. Check-in took a very long time (we arrived while they were serving at the restaurant) I'm fine with the small room but the shower was definitely too small,a bit leaking and the drain was not functioning properly. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, it was calm during the night and the lady serving breakfast was adorable."
