Talbot Hotel Midleton

The talbot hotel was lovely to stay in and very friendly and helpful and very clean and lovely swimming pool and lovely food

We had advised we would be a late arrival and he Night Porter looked after us. He was super efficient, helpful and friendly. The barman was also very friendly and engaged very well. Hot breakfast was not very hot. Tables were cleared efficiently. Fan in the room was very much appreciated. Missed the bottled water in the room! Check out was straightforward. Towels in bathroom were lovely quality, however, rain shower power was poor. Our room looked refurbished and overall was perfect. We left behind our multi charging adapter, rang many times, spoke once with Ava on reception (was to receive a call back) other calls were just to a recorded voice mail with no follow up. Disappointing.

Big hotel with a nice Pub & restaurant and parking in few minute walk from the city centre and Mall Very friendly place

Talbot Midleton is a fabulous hotel on the edge if Midleton town centre. We received a great welcome throughout our visit. The decor is classy and the scent in the hotel is amazing - they have special scent machines. The food and drinks in the bar were delicious. There was music on the Saturday night. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and they kept replenishing everything even when it was close to finish time. Olena, who served us at breakfast, was particularly friendly and accommodating. The pool was spacious and warm. The jacuzzi was really warm which was lovely and the changing rooms were clean and well laid out. A short walk to the town centre and a short drive to Fota / Airtastic entertainment centre. Ideal location for a family break.

Clean ,comfortable, enjoyable !! I will stay again and the hotel is clean , the bed is very comfortable , the room is quite big. The breakfast is very great and they provide good service when ur drink and food are cold, the waitress is very kind and care you a lot, she reminded I get the hotter food and refill the hotter coffee for me !!

Very good hotel.  The Bar & Bistro offers very delicious food.  The breakfast is also good.  Convenient to visit the Jameson Experience distillery by talk 

Great hotel, very big rooms, comfortable bed ans good staff

This is a very comfortable hotel in a lovely town. Its 10 minutes walk to shops and pubs. Very handy for the new Greenway. Highly recommended.
