"제목 그대로 이 호텔은 무책임합니다. 제가 지난 주 겪은 상황을 공유하겠습니다. 아고다 앱을 통해 호텔 스위트룸을 싸게 예약했으며 일요일 체크인 예정이었습니다. 그런데 비행기가 16시간 연기되어 호텔에 월요일 체크인 할 수 있다고 이메일로 연락을 남겼는데 호텔 측에서 갑자기 제 예약 건이 실수로 너무 낮은 금액에 올려 잘못된 금액이라며 예약을 받을 수 없다고 예약 취소를 요청했습니다. 그래서 저는 같은 호텔에 다른 방을 예약하여 투숙했습니다. 한국으로 복귀한 뒤 첫 예약 건에 대하여 아고다 앱을 통하여 환불을 요청하였으나 호텔 측에서 갑자기 말을 바꾸며 첫 번째 예약 건을 수용할 수 있었다고 환불을 거부했습니다. 호텔은 제 이메일과 아고다 측의 연락도 고의적으로 회피하는 모습을 보였으며 심지어 제 이메일을 수신하고 10분 뒤 '읽지 않음' 상태로 전환했습니다. 호텔 측 직원과 대화한 내용을 첨부하여 아고다 측에 총 세 번 정도 환불을 문의하고 나서야 아고다에서 내부적으로 환불을 처리해 주었습니다. 저와 같은 상황을 겪게 될 사람이 없기를 바라며 이 리뷰를 작성합니다. 싼 가격으로 올라온 스위트룸은 절대 예약하지 마세요. 환불 관련 문제가 생겼을 때 호텔의 무책임한 회피로 스트레스를 받을 바에 근처 다른 호텔을 사용하시기를 추천드립니다. This hotel is irresponsible. I would like to share the situation that I experienced last week. I booked a suite room at a low price through the Agoda app and was scheduled to check in on Sunday. However, my flight was delayed by 16 hours, so I contacted the hotel via email to say I could check in on Monday. Suddenly, the hotel requested a cancellation, claiming that my booking had been mistakenly listed at an incorrect price and that they could not accept it. So, I booked a different room at the same hotel and stayed there. After returning to Korea, I requested a refund for the first booking through the Agoda app, but the hotel suddenly changed their word and refused the refund, stating that they could have accepted the first booking. The hotel appeared to deliberately avoid my emails and even changed their email status to 'unread' 10 minutes after receiving it. After I contacted Agoda about three times, attaching screenshots of my conversations with the hotel staff, Agoda proceeded with the refund with their money. I am writing this review in the hope that no one else will experience the same situation I did. Never book a room listed at a low price. I recommend to stay at a different hotel nearby rather than enduring the stress caused by the hotel's irresponsible avoidance when a refund issue arises."

"What a wonderful property to stay. My wife and I stayed here for the second time for pain treatments for our back, knees, upper and lower legs. Here you will be treated well by all specialists. The employee is very nice to the visitors. Especially the reception staff (Ramil and Tapdiq) and from the oil bath Eldeniz and Elmira. Aynura, Revane, Aysel and Nazila from the hotel's electrical department were very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for you hospitality, especially mister Madad Gasimov."

"I often vacation in this sanatorium (I have been 7 times). As usual, the staff is polite and friendly. Starting from the reception, restaurant, treatment room, fitness. We have all become like family. We feel so much joy when we meet. I try to leave a review after my visits. Of course, there are also negative ones, in this review I want to thank some people. The head doctor Ayten is friendly, sincere, not only as a specialist but also as a person. She pays so much attention to the guests. Always smiling, welcoming! Each guest is an individual, various misunderstandings happen, but she resolves them quickly, painlessly for both guests and staff. In addition, I do fitness on vacation (wherever I am, it is an integral part of my life). Fitness trainer Nijat has worked with me several times. A very well-mannered and friendly employee. He's meticulous about his duties, explaining and demonstrating everything. He can sense, intuitively and with just his eyes, what kind of workload a person needs. If there are several people in the gym, he manages to give everyone some pointers and show them around. He also pays close attention to guests in the pool, sauna, and salt room. He even offers tea and water, which is very nice. This time, my friends, who aren't big fans of sports, were with me. He got them so involved in Nordic walking that they really enjoyed walking around your beautiful grounds. Nijat also worked out with us on the mats, doing exercises that they thoroughly enjoyed. Nijat knows and loves his job! And he works very hard. We need more employees like him!"

"In April, I decided to go to a sanatorium in Azerbaijan for psoriasis, a condition I'd been struggling with for years. I'd never experienced anything like it before, and frankly, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. While the word sanatorium might sound a bit like a "vacation," what I experienced was a typical hospital setting—but with a distinct difference: you didn't feel like you were in a hospital. Over the course of 15 days, I received 7-8 different treatment procedures in the first few days, followed by 3-4 towards the end. These procedures included various baths, light therapies, naftalan baths, physiotherapy, and diet plans (optional). The intensity of the treatment was tiring at first, but my body adjusted within a few days. I have to admit: I never imagined I'd experience such rapid and significant improvement. My itching has diminished, my skin has calmed down, and even my overall mood has become more balanced. I'd especially like to thank the chief physician, dermatologist Rena Kengerli. His one-on-one attention to my treatment, his friendly demeanor, and his sincerity gave me both confidence and morale. It was incredibly valuable that even the chief physician was so attentive with such a busy schedule. Sabina, one of the staff, was incredibly attentive and helpful from the moment we picked her up at the airport. Thanks to her, I felt right at home. A special thank you to Ramo for his attentiveness, kindness, and patience in preparing my Turkish coffee just the right consistency. In short, if you have psoriasis, don't even think about it; go. Note: If you have any "luxury" expectations, put them aside and focus entirely on your health. Leave the luxury for vacations ;)"
