"Horrible experienced room stink moldy musty like wet not fully dried. Absolutely dirty bathroom floor always wet,stain on the ceiling as if roof was leaking stain on ceiling evidence of roof leak.The headboard, curtains stink the whole room stink. My sister and I checked in and stayed in the room for about 4hrs and checked out right away. We could not stayed any longer due conditions of the room and the whole hotel itself cleanliness is questionable. They put up descent pictures but in reality it was completely the opposite.Tiles on floor were moving as you stepped in it was unsafe. Trips.com should have standard on their listing, this should have not been listed. I contacted trips.com right away to get some help and remedy on the issues took a lots of pictures and submitted right away before check out to documents my claim but no help. Would not recommend your site and the hotel. This is their way to capture your money I booked 2days for business and got horrible experienced. Stay away from trips.com and Asia Novo Hotel"

I stayed there during the Miss Universe Philippines provincial tour, and it was a highlight of my trip. Even with the lively town around me, the hotel seemed like a peaceful and stylish escape right by the Ozamiz City-Clarin coastline. Here are a few reasons why I recommend Aya Hotel: * Food: Breakfast at Aya Hotel quickly became my favorite part of the day. The buffet had Filipino favorites like sweet tocino, crispy danggit, and fresh tropical fruits, making each morning start off just right. * The Deluxe Queen Room was comfortable and had all the modern features I needed, along with nice local design touches. After a busy day, the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep, and the fast Wi-Fi made it easy to stay occupied and entertained. * Location and Location: The hotel is close to Panguil Bay, which makes it even more appealing. You can easily walk to the coastline and places like the well-known Suman House to try local treats. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby for anything you might need. Service: The staff at Aya Hotel greatly improved my stay. Despite the elevated activity during the pageant season, they regularly showed friendliness, helpfulness, and a welcoming attitude. Each contact reflected Mindanao's renowned hospitality. If you’re visiting Misamis Occidental, Aya Hotel and Residences is a great choice for a blend of modern comfort and local charm. I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back."
