Club Wyndham Mission Beach ★★★★
"Great location, walking distance to town. Parking available on site at no extra charge. Lovely pool & restaurant areas."
Jackaroo Treehouse Rainforest Retreat ★★
"On a roadtrip from Cairns to Sydney, we needed just one night after coming down from the Atherton Tablelands. We reserved a family room which was perfect for us - great views over the rainforest, clean, towels provided. This hostel is super quiet and peaceful. The common area is spacious and also looks out over the rainforest. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Bathrooms also super clean. There is a nice cafe and bar as well. Highly recommend if you are passing through the area and need a bit of a break."
Nightelier Mission Beach ★★★★
"Large rooms with a very comfortable bed, great pools, close to bottle shop and supermarket. It is situated between South Mission Beach and Mission Beach which is great with a vehicle. Plenty of parking. Downside, the shower ran hot and cold, walls a bit thin"
Mission Reef Resort ★★★
"Mission Reef Resort is located right next to the beach and is the perfect location for a peaceful short break."
King Reef Resort ★★★
"Had the Tacos today 09/08/26 (beef and mushroom) and unfortunately there was an abundance of the sauce which drowned out all the other flavours. Also Mushroom Taco had limited mushrooms which appeared to be button mushrooms only. A medley of mushrooms would have increased the flavour. The menu states potanello and I’m assuming it should be portabello mushrooms. 🍄🟫"
The Elandra ★★★★★
"The Holy Spirit drove to Cairns for a night. The hotel was still amazing. The pool and lobby facing the sea. The room was a bit damp and the air conditioner was improved a lot for one night. Breakfast and dinner are very good 👍"
Tully Motel ★★★
"Great stay on the way south. It looked like the best place to stay in the area"
Cardwell at the Beach ★★★
"We used this hotel for an overnight stay during our trip from Cairns to Brisbane. The rooms are comfortable and simple. There's a communal kitchen area if you want to prepare your own meals. There's a supermarket across the street. Check-in is at the drinks shop in the entrance."
Big4 Tasman Holiday Parks - South Mission Beach ★★★★
"The park is overpriced at $67 a night when competitors in the same area are $10 cheaper per night. In the two weeks we were there, the park went through extensive construction work with concreting, campsite repair and footpath/road repair. This all brought obvious disruption and noise to the guests. The restaurant/cafe was very expensive and sold what we considered subclass meals. Many of the sites needed sand fill-in and were literally bog holes. I understand park maintenance is required but when the park is in a condition like this, guest should be pre-warned and/or the site fees should be lowered accordingly. We have stayed here before several times, but this time was very disappointing. The pool is good, location is good and the staff were very good, in particular Alvera. "

Seadreams Mission Beach
"Seadreams at Mission Beach would have to be the best accommodation we have ever stayed in and an amazing place to relax and unwind. The attention to detail is incredible with so much thought put into the holiday experience making it a time to cherish and remember . Rob and Mike have everything you need from fantastic a breakfast to E bikes, plunge pool and Kayaks so you can enjoy yourself and explore Mission Beach."
Mission Beach Shores
"Our experience was beautifully in line with all the other reviews – lovely villa, sparkling clean, nice amenities, ample for the up to 4 people the villa caters for, thoughtful supplies provided (bbq oil, insect repellent etc). Pool kept clean and nice. Friendly host with gorgeous little dawgies! Quiet as, overnight. Bird noises in the morning and evening. Lovely well kept gardens. Across the road from the beach. Easy to get to, easy to park. Villa contains internally a large main room with king bed and single bed with trundle, plus a small kitchen with electric hot plate, microwave and electric frypan; full size fridge that is quiet (ie doesn’t wake you every time it switches on yay!), nice wardrobe and small work desk. Ensuite has usual amenity. ‘Living’ room is outdoors under cover, with dining table and couch. TV inside has Binge, Kayo and a few others. Ceiling fans inside and out. A/C inside. Everything works properly and everything is super clean. Private – you can’t really see the other villas from yours, they are well separated, and there is no noise or bother from the road. The host is there is you want them but otherwise leaves you be. When you arrive, park in one of the visitor spots and go to reception which is the front villa on the southern side. Can’t go wrong staying at a small complex like this that is obviously the host’s pride and joy."

Apartments at Mission Beach
"Advantages: 1. The front desk service is great There was no WIFI password on the day of check-in. I called the front desk. The first reply said that it should be in the room. Let me find it... It really didn't. Call again and help me ask again. After a while, someone sent me a short message and sent me the WIFI password. 2. Very close to the beach entrance, 1 minute walk 3. There are many restaurants around, and there are also small supermarkets. Fish and chips are the most affordable 4, the bed is very comfortable 5, password door lock, easy access Disadvantages: 1. Facing the street, a bit noisy 2, indoor WIFI or mobile phone signal, are a bit weak 3. Actually not as exquisite as the picture shows Note that the front desk is not in the apartment, you need to go to the designated location 5 kilometers away"
