"The worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at: 1. When checking in, they told me I couldn't cancel or change the booking. Only after arriving did they tell me there was demolition behind the hotel, and demolition noise started at 7 AM. They knew they were checking in and called me, so why didn't they communicate about the noise issue beforehand? When I asked the front desk why they didn't inform me beforehand, they remained silent. Other chain hotels I've stayed at always inform me of such situations in advance. 2. The hygiene was appalling. There was a drop of something—I don't know if it was urine or cleaning fluid—that had dried on the toilet seat. 3. I found the shower gel dispenser empty when I showered at night. It took 20-30 pumps to get one pump out. The shampoo was also almost gone. I don't know what your room checks are for. Do you expect guests to get out of the shower halfway through to get dressed and wait for you to refill their shampoo and shower gel? I've never stayed at such an outrageous Ji Hotel.
