"The worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at: 1. When checking in, they told me I couldn't cancel or change the booking. Only after arriving did they tell me there was demolition behind the hotel, and demolition noise started at 7 AM. They knew they were checking in and called me, so why didn't they communicate about the noise issue beforehand? When I asked the front desk why they didn't inform me beforehand, they remained silent. Other chain hotels I've stayed at always inform me of such situations in advance. 2. The hygiene was appalling. There was a drop of something—I don't know if it was urine or cleaning fluid—that had dried on the toilet seat. 3. I found the shower gel dispenser empty when I showered at night. It took 20-30 pumps to get one pump out. The shampoo was also almost gone. I don't know what your room checks are for. Do you expect guests to get out of the shower halfway through to get dressed and wait for you to refill their shampoo and shower gel? I've never stayed at such an outrageous Ji Hotel. This price isn't particularly low for Miyi, is it? Why is the service so terrible?!"

"Not bad! I went there after seeing numerous good reviews, and it really lived up to my expectations. First of all, the library in the lobby was bursting with bookish atmosphere! A hotel with such cultural heritage can't be bad. It's a standard star hotel with first-rate service. The pretty lady Xiao Yang at the front desk upgraded us to a larger room because we are old. The housekeeping lady Guo was very welcoming and sent us a few bottles of water in the hot weather. The pretty lady Xiao Dong was small but knew we needed chairs and helped bring them over. I was so touched. Her professionalism is very good. Such a good hotel is worth recommending."

"The floor we checked into started making noise at 6:30 AM. After inquiring, we discovered that a guest in one of the rooms was getting married. The noise continued from morning until we checked out at 9:00 AM. We called the hotel front desk during this time, but all we got was an apology; nothing was resolved. Breakfast was almost empty by 8:30 AM, and they didn't restock; even a bowl of noodles took a long time to arrive. The hotel air conditioning was extremely noisy, even at its lowest setting. Aside from the lobby on the first floor, the public areas on other floors had no air conditioning, making them very stuffy and poorly ventilated. Our stay was a terrible experience. This was the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at, bar none."
