This place is a gem in Moab. We were greeted by Mandy at front desk, very friendly and informative, also upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was spacious and clean. There were free tea and coffee at office. The place was very quiet.

Great quiet location, close to Main Street (many shops & restaurants). Room was clean and spacious with a big fridge. Coffee was great! A little strange is, that there is no sink in the bathroom but two stainless steel sinks in the main room. Pool is nice.

Our group of 8 had a great stay. The motel is conveniently located a few blocks from the main street through town. We walked to dinner each evening. The motel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. After a long day of exploring the national park, the pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. One of the best surprises was that our room included a kitchenette with an apartment-sized refrigerator. Having the extra space for drinks and snacks was incredibly convenient. We would definately stay here again!!

I was on a 9 day motorcycle trip and stayed at hotels each night. I think this was my favorite. Staff were very helpful. Lots of parking. Room was clean, spacious and mine had a small kitchenette. It's walking distance to shopping and dining. It also has a pool, that I didn't use, but it was very private. If you were on the pool deck or in the pool you could not be seen by anyone even on the upper floor of the hotel. One Con: The bathroom fan was loud like a motorboat. That isn't really even a con I still give this place a 5 star rating!!!!

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was dated, but large & comfortable. The location was convenient for both Arches National Park and Main Street Moab. The swimming pool was refreshing.
The door to our room was misaligned & it was difficult to open & close properly.
