"We stayed here early September, a beautiful time of year to visit Molveno. The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and within walking distance from many hiking trails. The hotel is cute, clean and offers delicious dishes. The pictures do not lie, it really is as gorgeous as it appears! The highlight however was the service which was impeccable, in particular Nicola was extremely helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough!"

"The inn is located a little off the main street of the village. However, since it is a small village, it is within walking distance to the center (about 1km uphill). Check-in for this inn is done at Hotel Du Lac in the same village. It is probably the parent company hotel that manages and operates this inn. All the staff at this hotel were really very kind. There is a parking lot in the basement of Rio Piccolo, and when there was a small problem with the parking lot, I saw the guy in charge of the bar at Hotel Du Lac take the initiative to check the situation and take appropriate action. I thought that this was a hotel company that had very rigorous employee training."

We were delighted with a beautiful room, not too big but very well furnished and spotlessly clean, coming home after a long hike and admiring the lake view from the little balcony was my favourite part of the day! "Hotel Londra is a magnificiant place to stay for holiday: For me, the Hotel Londra, placed at the top of the village, offers one of the best Panorama views over the "most beautiful lake of Italy". It is true. The service here was very good, when I stayed here from 7th to 17h august 2023: The Restaurant is based on the Art of Italien Cuisine to an economic price: First class chiefs create excellent regional and creative, very tastful and asthetically presented 3-part-Menus (Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Desserts). The Hotel Crew, la famiglia Donini, behaves very smart, friendly and is respectful to every person of every age and typ of guest. The Woman auch the reception speaks italian, fluently german, english and french. Thats why, the Doninis can give you any kind of good advice, p. e. for touristic purposes. Further they fulfil complitely extra whiches for families, young couples, older people but also hiking persons who travel indipendently like me. The central piazza of the village you will reach in circa 10 minutes, walking."

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. THE OWNERS LACK BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. I made a booking to stay at the hotel Garni Arnica. Unfortunately, my mother, who was going to be traveling with us, passed away suddenly a few days before our scheduled trip. Despite these extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused to refund the cost of our booking. Any other hotel would have made an exception for bereavement."

"The room was clean, and the location was excellent – close to the lake. The grounds surrounding the building are very well-maintained, with plenty of greenery. My only reservations are the wardrobes, which are old. Unfortunately, you can't put anything in them because they smell musty. These wardrobes should be repainted or thrown out. The water kettle could be electric. The gas stove takes a long time to boil water for tea or coffee. The TV only has Italian channels, and there are no music or sports channels that everyone knows, like MTV, Euro Sport, etc. These are minor details, but I think it's worth improving; it will make the customer even more satisfied with their stay. Best regards."

"We were booked to go to another place but could not get there the day we arrived in Molveno. We asked this hotel if they could assist us to get to the booked accommodation. They were extremely helpful. We then asked if they had accommodation for that night. They did and they made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was great with the best pillows and sheets had ever felt. The breakfast was really good too. I can't recommend the owner of this hotel highly enough. He was 'multi gentile'"

"This has to be the best placed hotel in Molveno! Just the most perfect location, it's dream like. We were so lucky to have room 47, which had a balcony overlooking the lake and Molveno, it was simply breathtaking. The breakfast terrace, the view from the dining room and the pool area and small beach space all have the most incredible views. The whole of the hotel grounds are beautiful and so well maintained, every single area is attended to. Breakfast was always lovely with plenty of choice. Evening meals were amazing, such delights served up every night which we always enjoyed. Top chefs indeed! The staff are execptional, from breakfast shifts, to dinner service and attending to the bar in the afternoon / evening, everyone worked hard with such friendliness. Quite simply, we had the most beautiful, chilled week at Grand Hotel, Molveno and we loved every minute, thank you to all 😊"
