"Terrible customer service! They said there would be a free airport shuttle, but no schedule is provided. I asked in email, they never replied. When we landed, we looked for the shuttle, there was none. Tried to call the hotel repeatedly and they just declined my calls.  Upon check-in, the reception desk person appeared to be under influence of **********. He kept talking to the other staff and saying things like “*** do I have to do to finally get fired?”. I witnessed him declining customer calls on the phone as well. I strongly suggest the hotel management to grant his request about firing him, because one bad apple can spoil the entire basket, as well as ruined our experience entirely. Cleanliness was also dubious, there were black mold stains in the bathroom. Shower gel was not refilled. The hair dryer had a teared cable, quite dangerous."

"Recommended even for people with coeliac disease and milk protein intolerance. The staff was extremely attentive. Despite the full board service, they didn’t make a fuss about the lack of options; instead, they kindly offered to prepare meals separately in a sterile pan. They even recommended a top-tier, allergen-free dessert that wasn’t on the buffet table. I’d especially like to highlight one of the floor managers, Lionel (apologies if I misunderstood his name), who recognized us by face after the first day and personally offered suggestions for allergen-free meals for each dining occasion. All our praise goes to the chefs as well, because finally, here’s a place where they didn’t just promise allergen-free food—it truly was, and we could enjoy our stay without getting sick."

"We stayed at the Hotel for 3 days and it was really nice. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has an old hungarian village house style, which i really liked. The room was small but more than enough for 3 people. The food in the hotel restaurant were amazing, big portions and staff there was also really kind. On the other hand, in our room unfortunately the little fridge was really loud at night and it was quite bothering. The big outside pool were really good except that it could be cleaned more frequently (leafs in the water). Overall great experience, would recommend choosing this hotel."

"The photos are very misleading. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and the furniture feels like it’s from 20 years ago. The bathroom is old and in poor condition. The key card often doesn’t open the doors, and the elevator was not working during our stay. The wellness area is only open very rarely, which was very disappointing. The staff were kind and helpful, but unfortunately the owner was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here."
