Are you employees in a hurry to finish your tasks and go home to cook? The hotel is to provide people with rest, not to provide convenience for employees in order to support them!"

"My family stayed overnight. Yesterday, when my family was sleeping, the hotel front desk called our room twice, at about 2:30 AM and 3 AM. The first time, they asked for my last name, and the second time, my first name. My family couldn't sleep at all because of the two calls. I had no idea what they meant. When I told the front desk staff when I checked out today, they just said sorry. I couldn't sleep at all today because I had a long drive. So I'm so tired now. This hotel's service is really bad."

"At first I liked the hotel and location, but had two BIG issues. The first is that one night my girlfriend walked into the bathroom and flipped on the light and spotted a small cockroach. Unfortunately if there are small cockroaches there are big ones and if there is one there are many :( Secondly, we left a pair of gold earrings on the bathroom sink and when we returned in the afternoon they were missing. The hotel to this day is refusing to do anything about this issue. We had read previous reviews about stolen AirPods at this location, but didn’t pay much attention. For anyone else thinking about booking, definitely watch out for your belongings!"

"The best part is the location: walkable to lots of restaurants on Huntington while only a short drive from Westfield Santa Anita and Old Town Monrovia. Open kitchen and free parking are just great. However, cleanliness could be improved since the open kitchen area might attract little creatures. What I’d really hope to see improve is collection of recyclables ♻️."
