Best Hotels in Montelimar, France

What a find! Lovely 27th century house with lots of original features. I don’t know why other reviewers have moaned about the furniture, it fits perfectly with the building. The hotel is in the middle of a busy ***** of restaurants but has its own gated entrance to a courtyard for parking. The rooms are quite small but have a big bathroom. Breakfast was good with all the usual offerings. The hotel seems to be run by two men, one is outgoing, chatty and friendly , the other is much quieter and could be mistaken for rude, as in other reviews, but he’s really not, I think he’s just a bit shy. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone visiting Montelimar.

We had a weird experience here. We booked an apartment for 9 nights. We´ve been told that we have to be there at least till 21.10. On our way we suffered an accident and told the reception that according to our GPS we won´t be able to make it in time. They told us that the reception is open till 21.10, sorry. We arrived at 22.00. with my broken shoulder, etc. and the reception was closed, no keys so we had to find a place to stay for one night. On the positive side the apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped so in the end we had a cosy stay.

Very good but no one who crying in the corridors to midnight and flipping away this very personal very nice and serviceable breakfast very good and cool meal ( for the evening I have done it only ) is very good and served in our room for my part I recommend Ps people who cry at the first night

B&B Hotels are towards the budget end of the market, so the rating is judged taking that into account. The room is therefore naturally basic, although clean and the shower powerful. Only one pillow is provided per person though and be aware that it’s very thin. Parking is ample and there are several eateries walking distance away - look on the counter for an exclusive discount coupon for the nearby Courtepaille. Breakfast is typical continental buffet style, but was lacking in ham and not a wide selection of other items. Staff at reception were friendly.
