Parking needs to be booked and is a must because it is difficult in the town. The hotel was very helpful with this when booking. Good breakfast and the hotel is beautifully kept."

"The price/performance ratio is OK, but it is off-season, and the swimming pool and sauna can only be used for one and a half hours a day, which may be too little for some customers. In Europe, swimming pools may be called four-star. The ratings of European hotels are very mysterious. I have never seen a hotel that requires customers to take out the trash by themselves, change towels after staying for seven days, and clean the room after staying for seven days. This is a bad review! It is ok for apartment hotels to cook, but the hotel does not have food except for breakfast. In addition, it is far from the attractions. There is an industrial park next to it, and most of the customers are on business trips. In short, the above is unacceptable. If you don’t have a car, avoid it. Give it 4 stars at most, 4.5 stars is not worth it!"

"This hotel has recently undergone a 3-year refurbishment, and whilst still not 100% complete, it has been done to an incredibly high standard, making this one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The communal areas are full of charm, wit, and style, whilst still being comfortable, and the bedrooms are superbly appointed. The facilities are excellent, and it is surely a matter of time before this hotel achieves full 5-star rating and commensurate status."

"Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant. Air-conditioning was not available though advertised and installed. Staff were helpful in all respects especially Thomas who was happy to share recommendations of restaurants and was obliged to cope with the difficult situation of the storm damage meaning that some guests were unable to get anything to eat."
