"Really super hotel; this came as one of the recommendations from my French language school and it did not disappoint. It was such a lovely walk into the village centre, right next to the BEST pizza restaurant in town. And had a cracking view! Not only were the rooms clean and excellently decorated in their alpine modern style, i had originally booked a single room which when I arrived was lovely but had an over bath shower. Next day I kindly asked to upgrade my room to a walk in shower with balcony - I honestly believe I then moved to the best room in the house! Top of the apex with a superb view of the town! I adored my room and sat out on that balcony every night! Thank you to the lovely staff who lent me umbrellas, sorted my multi pass, and were just generally friendly and helpful. Hôtel Igloo ★★★

"Good room sizes with very comfortable beds and very clean. Location was spot on, inbetween both the Pleney lift and the Super Morzine to Avoriaz. We all arrived at diffrent times and nothing was an issue. Ski passes were also sorted here so no need to queue up at the ticket/lift staion. Great breakfast too. We were a group of 24 and Josette booked 4 different restaurants of which all were nearby. They were all good restaurants mostly French but with variations to suit all (pizza's and burgers). Couldn't recommend this more highly for value and location. Thanks Gar"

"What an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Everyone is always smiling and happily to assist. My son came to visit at last minute and the hotel was able to add him to our reservation. We went there for the Spartan Race in July and it was very close to the Start line. Jacuzzi was clean and relaxing with amazing views. Breakfast was great each morning. I loved the Game of Thrones reference in our bathroom too 🤣🤣Thank you to the wonderful staff for great service!"
