"perfect place to stay for rest and relaxation, view and room were perfect, friendly staff, lovely location. Breakfast provisions fresh and generous. We enjoyed are 3 nites stay and the wine tasting was worth while. Close to Maccesfiled for dinner should you wish to have dinner. As we ate lunch at some of the fabulous wineries was not needed"

"Absolutely beautiful! Immaculate presentation and very comfortable. Picturesque, peaceful country setting in the Adelaide Hills. Kitchen housed a full sized fridge, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine (pods provided). Upon arrival we found some goodies in the fridge for breakfast - with the locally sourced strawberries being the best we'd ever had. Also a welcoming bottle of wine greeted us 🙂 Comfortable King size bed with lovely linen. Loved the wood fire place and curled up on the lounge in front of the fire with a glass of locally sourced wine each night. Such a decadent pleasure. No laundry facility but this did not pose an issue for us (we stayed 6 nights). Did some hand washing but there is a laundromat located a few minutes up the road in Nairne. Put your laundry on and enjoy a cuppa in one of the cafes. Nairne has a supermarket, bottle shop and chemist too. Our stay at Grandview Accommodation Hideaway Huts was a perfect experience and provided a comfortable and luxurious country base for our travels around the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. "Gorgeous apartment (no.2) throughout. Stunning apt for a short or long stay - exceedingly well equipped. Large lounge, two gorgeous bedrooms (king/super king beds) and two bathrooms (one ensuite and one off the lounge next to the bedroom). The kitchen has everything you need and the apt is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There is a small outdoor space, but we didn’t use it. The property is on a busy road but post 10 pm was quiet and didn’t bother us at all - and I am not a fan of road noise!! Comfy beds too. All together wonderful!"

"We stayed at the Hideaway Huts in the Briar in Dawesley. Absolutely stunning. Beautiful accommodation on a gorgeous property. Tranquil and just the perfect place to switch off and relax. Listening to the birdsong as we sat on the deck with a glass of wine and cheese board before moving to the bath, also on the deck (and with a glass of wine 😉) was just blissful. We were visited by cows, kangaroos and sheep but didn't see a single person the entire three night stay. Very clean and very well appointed. Loved the record player and book selection. Relaxing in the reading nook was also a highlight. So was going for a walk around the property. Highly recommend for a couple's getaway. We will definitely be back"
