Hampton Inn Mt. Dora

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious with refrigerator and microwave along qith a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows! The free breakfast was what was to be expected. Limited selection due to the small space available for display. Breaofast consisted of cheese omelet, sausage patties and potatoes. Waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, juices and hard boiled eggs were available. The reason for the low score is that the breakfast seating area was old with stained upholstery chairs and sofas that were covered with a questionable sofa cover. 50% of the chairs were vinyl but the others were dirty upholstered chairs with suspicious looking stains. I didn't have an appetite after seeing the condition of the chairs. The entire space needs to be revamped. No chairs should be that disgusting looking. See photos. I will not be staying at this Hampton Inn in the future. I am also a Hilton member.

I’m Eli VanNortwick and I go to Hilton hotel in Florida every year. There are a couple things that make the experience not so good however, like how pricey it is, the long drive to parks, and how loud it was. But I think it’s good overall because of the good service, room size, and the pool. But sometimes when we go the workers are a little rude or angry which isn’t great. But my family has a good time every year and we will continue to go there.

Stayed here for one night visiting family. I was happy there was a Hilton property so close, but unfortunately was very disappointed. Rooms are outdated. Mattress squeaks when you sit on it. The room was also very musty with a strong odor. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very nice and lobby was clean.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful during check in. The fitness center was tiny with no real weights. The breakfast dining area was small but the food as one would expect from Hampton Inn. Rooms were a little musty smelling. Bedding was clean and rooms were in decent condition.

The hotel was pleasant from the standpoint that the staff were exceptional, room was quiet, lots of premium channels to search and ac was great considering 90 plus degrees outside. However, the hotel was dated, dark and in need of repairs such as new mattress, shower head and carpet. Felt like the room was overpriced for the condition of the hotel and being off season.

Extremely friendly staff at every encounter. Great air conditioning! Great water pressure . Loved breakfast 😋

Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints here. Easy access into the parking lot and many restaurants close by.
