"We booked two different rooms due to not having availability because of Special Olympics and us being late in booking. Our first night our room had been smoked in before we got there and it smelled terrible. The Management did come and spray which helped a bit and they took $50 off the Bill for our second night. The room the second night had a barking dog but it wasn’t bad and the room was nice. Breakfast was good and the texting with the hotel was quick and simple for any questions."

"My husband and I recently stayed one evening at the Ginko Tree Inn. The location was very conveniently located and close to the Soaring Eagle entertainment venue (less than a ten minute drive). The Inn was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owner, Mr. Davies, was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. Breakfast was perfectly prepared and the presentation was top notch! This was our third time staying at the Ginko and we always look forward to going back. Lots of exciting changes are coming to the Inn so if you haven't booked a stay yet, be sure to do so soon!"

"bathroom had old razors on the floor, tv turned on and sound but no picture, dirty socks behind the tv stand, fridge froze food--no adjustable temperature, window wouldn't close all the way so the heat had to be turned up to the max as it was cold outside and the breeze was coming in, they allow pets so if you have allergies like us, be prepared to be stuffy and sneezy, no pool/hot tub... just convenience of shopping center behind hotel, about 7 mins away from casino & restaurants... housekeeping hung outside our door and were loud as well... wouldn't return here! this was the only hotel open for the dates we needed a room..."
