"We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. When I checked in there were 115 more check-ins coming in after me. The staff handled it tremendously. From the moment we checked in, Crystal was in touch with us the entire trip asking us if we needed anything and how our stay went. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit around. They have a very nice courtyard with grills for you to use. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It was conveniently located in proximity to the lacrosse tournament. They thanked us for being Marriott members when we checked in as well. We will definitely be staying here next year the tournament as well."

"I contacted Trip.com to let them know that I was unable to travel because I had recently been diagnosed as CoVid positive. Trip.com sent me a follow up letter indicating that after attempting to negotiate with the hotel, they were not willing to offer a refund because it was a nonrefundable rate. So guess I should have arrived at the hotel contagious and touched and sneezed on every possible surface in my room and in the public spaces. Thank you Country Inn and Suites for your compassionate response. Will pass this info on to my fellow travelers knowing they will avoid your brand as will I."
