The owner of the B&B is a very enthusiastic family. I stayed there for two days and it was very comfortable. First of all, the environment is better than I expected. Before I came, I saw on the Internet that the accommodation environment in Xuegu was not so perfect, and I had to bring my own slippers, toothbrush, etc. When I came, I found that the owner had prepared everything, including disposable toilet seats, bath towels, toothbrush, etc.; secondly, the food in the B&B is very delicious. I came here specifically for this after reading the previous reviews, and it didn't disappoint me. Finally, the owner's family is very nice! When you come, they will give you frozen persimmons and pears, and take you to play water splashing into ice. I stayed for three days and ate two meals of fish. This frequency is really the highest in a year for a family of three who don't eat fish. Going to Phoenix Mountain for a day is full of fatigue, and you can eat when you come back. It feels like you are home. The people here are also very comfortable and sincere. The owner pre-booked a bus for us from Harbin to Xuegu, which dropped us off directly at the guesthouse entrance. They also provided shuttle services to and from the ski resort. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons were aplenty, and in the evening, they even taught us how to make candied hawthorn skewers – the emotional value was off the charts! The guesthouse is centrally located in DongSheng Forest Farm in Xuegu, just a short walk from various iron pot stews and small BBQ joints, which was incredibly satisfying! I even got to experience sleeping on a traditional heated brick bed, and I honestly didn't get enough sleep, haha… I hope to have the chance to visit Xuegu again and stay at Jiayi Guesthouse!

The room was much cleaner than I expected! The sheets were snow-white, the bathroom had no odor at all, and the underfloor heating was excellent—it was warm even when you were barefoot. It's such a treat to stay this comfortably in this freezing weather!

After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

They even proactively booked my transportation and all the tickets in advance, saving me a huge amount of trouble. The entire experience was amazing, and I have to give the owner a huge thumbs up!
