GGuest UserHotel was a nice and clean place where they equipped with telescope, soaps etc. and all kinds of helpful kits. However when the hotel called local taxi for me the driver charged me doubled price vs. As it should be. Cannot say it’s hotel’s fault but the service experience is not great from that beginning. Loved owner’s attention to details at home but service can be better

GGuest UserLovely hotel. Good restaurant. Reception a little disconnected and felt ‘on your own’. Could be a superb hotel if they changed the guest policy from children age 8+ as infants and babies impacted on other guests due to the open plan hotel layout.

AAntenor Jr.Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.
