Mountain View Hotels in Atami

It was a very good accommodation! I would like to stay again if I have another chance !!

It's very good. The owner of the hotel is very kind. He personally took us to familiarize ourselves with the hotel facilities. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hot spring experience was also very good. You just have to calculate the bus time, otherwise you have to walk two kilometers from Yugawara Station to the hotel. This hotel exceeded expectations. First of all, the price is very affordable. It is probably far from the subway station, but the bus can arrive. In February, you can walk to the subway station to enjoy the cherry blossoms all the way. But if you walk to the station, you will always be on the hillside, which is a bit tiring. The room is very large and spacious, but the heating (air conditioning) is relatively poor, relatively cold. The landlord was very enthusiastic. It rained a little when I left the store. I immediately copied the umbrella and gave it to me. I was so touched!

This is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
