GGuest UserExcellent cabins. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's located right next to the train station, so you can hear the trains, but it didn't bother us. However, it's something to consider if peace and quiet are important to you. There's a beautiful view of Fuji. And the blankets were amazing!!! The best we've encountered in Japan :)
GGuest UserOverall location and amenities are fine except air-conditioned in the living hall was not able to warm up the hall especially in winter time. AC Filters were badly choked with little air. Texted owner but no response. Had to bear the cold winter temperature throughout the stay.
GGuest UserIt was a perfect stay at Bessho Sasa my family and I really appreciated the superb service the staff provided my family (I travelled with my 88-year old mum so we had quite a lot of needs) with. I had left some items in the room and they promptly had it couriered to me in Tokyo. The dinners each night were very well prepared, each day was fun-filled with so many activities. The Taiko show was done so professionally I was surprised that the drummers were all staff of the resort!! I would love to re-visit the resort again some day.
GGuest UserThe host was amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning! Loved it, highly recommend to everyone. I accidentally left my phone on the bus and couldn't communicate with the staff, but the hostess helped us out big time, which was super nice of her! 👍
SShennongjiasuoniIn the hotel's R1 room, you can even see Mount Fuji directly while lying down🥰The Japanese boss has a very good attitude towards Chinese people, and there is no problem communicating in English. The room is quite big for two people. There is a 711 and the very famous Inari Shrine within a five-minute walk, 100%💯💯💯
AAnonymous UserIt is a homestay, the boss seems to be a Chinese person and can also add WeChat communication, the location is a bit biased, but next to the convenience store. The room is clean, the kitchen bathroom washing machine has everything, but the room is small, the bathroom on each floor is shared, and the sound insulation is poor.
老老少女散步日常The breakfast was delicious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the hot water in the bathroom was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. It's a bit far from Lake Kawaguchi, so it's recommended for travelers with a car.
GGuest UserThis time I took my family to Mount Fuji to enjoy the cherry blossoms. I was very happy to choose this homestay. First of all, the room is very large, completely enough for 10 people to stay together, and then fully equipped, kitchen utensils and tableware ... and the toilets are equipped with heating, very comfortable
