The staff were very helpful from the onset of the booking. The communication level was great and we felt very much taken care of. The location is good and not far from eateries and shops. All the very best with this venture!

Overall it's ok, the service is friendly, the security is just a few guards with AKs, and the side near the market is a bit noisy at night.

Breakfast is a local speciality breakfast, the taste is OK, the room is large, the villa is changed out of the hotel, there is a lawn in the yard to rest

The room size is undeniably great, but the interior facilities feel a bit shoddily put together. The master bedroom was fine, but the second bedroom was right next to the central air conditioning unit, making it very noisy (thankfully, I was traveling alone). The elevators were the biggest issue – they took forever to arrive and sometimes malfunctioned, failing to stop even when called. During my 4-day stay, twice I had to take the stairs down because the elevator wasn't working, which was fine since I was only on the 7th floor, but if I had been higher up, I would have been exhausted!

Breakfast is good, extra bed is possible, environment is good, parking is possible.

The environment is beautiful, the location is the best, the service is attentive, there are 40 rooms, and the price is a bit expensive. The best breakfast, airport shuttle service, the front desk can print the itinerary
