"A very cozy hotel near the Mudanya embankment. Everything is clean, except for a little mold in the bathroom tile grout. Breakfast is filling. The internet works flawlessly. The staff is responsive and responds quickly to requests. The only downsides are the small rooms and the lack of parking. Parking is a real problem in the surrounding area; we only found a space a couple of blocks away."

"The room they gave us was a squalid mess. There was no refrigerator, no trash can, no refreshments, the sofa cover was stained yellow, there was a box-like air conditioner that ran on the floor, and the cleanliness was subpar. When I pulled the air conditioner to plug it in, I saw small, dead flies or insects behind it. The room had a strange smell. The door to the bathroom, which they call the toilet, was bolted, and you could see people entering through the bolt. The toilet was leaking… These are the things I witnessed during my first night. I didn't sleep until the morning, and even though breakfast was included, I went to the market after that. Last week, I stayed at another hotel in Mudanya for the same price, and the service and cleanliness were excellent. We couldn't find a room there, so we found this one for the same price, but the result was disappointing."

"very dirty room, awful. I came with the baby, commented that the room was dirty, they said the room would be cleaned and I went for a walk. When I came back, nothing had changed in the room. There was dust everywhere, shoe prints and some drops on the floor, the shower was dirty. I paid 2800 lira and I will never go back there again. I chose a non-smoking room on the website as I had a 3-month-old baby with me, but upon arrival I was told that all rooms were smoking. They should have warned me about this in advance, not after arrival!"
