"From the moment I arrived, the new building with its impressive parking garage and the stunning pool made a big impression. The brand-new spa area, opened in spring 2025, was exactly my taste and perfect for relaxing. Dinner was excellent, and the staff stood out for their warmth and friendliness. My spacious suite with high-quality materials featured a jacuzzi on the balcony and a great coffee machine, which made the stay extra special. The hotel’s location, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and nearby mountains, makes me want to return very soon."

"We have been guests of this residence for the ski week for several years and I must say that every time we feel at home. Joseph and his family are always attentive to the needs of their guests and nothing is ever missing: the apartments are new and equipped, there is a garage under the structure, there is a sauna and infrared cabin available every day, ski storage with boot warmers, ping pong table and darts, bar with the possibility of breakfast service on the ground floor, coin-operated laundry and last but not least, you are on the slopes."

"A wonderful holiday amidst the last snow of the season at the Maranza ski resort. The hotel is located practically in the center of the small, quiet, and quaint town of Rio di Pusteria. The hotel is well-maintained and offers a delicious breakfast and an equally delicious dinner, featuring top-quality ingredients. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located due to the nearby cable car, which, according to local news, will cease operating permanently on March 30th. The ski lifts are also easily accessible by car in 10 minutes. The wellness center isn't huge but is adequate for hotel guests. I would have preferred a pool that's also open to children with warmer water. The room is spacious and functional. The only flaws were the lack of blackout curtains, which would have been helpful for an afternoon nap, and the two single mattresses pushed together to make a double, which sagged a bit in the middle. These are minor details that didn't detract from our holiday at all. It was truly wonderful, and we'd recommend it to others. We will most likely be back thanks"

"Excellent value for money, a true four-star hotel at reasonable prices. Excellent and plentiful food both at breakfast and dinner, excellent also the snack with savoury and sweet dishes. Well-kept and friendly environment, maximum availability from all the staff in satisfying everyone's needs, in giving advice and in giving that attention that is appreciated. The standard double room is large and well furnished, with a nice large bathroom. The only flaw, the view from the room of the car park is not to my liking, I recommend avoiding the rooms on the first floor with even numbers. Excellent wellness area, in particular I want to highlight the large number of places to lie down and rest after the saunas, also nice is the area reserved for families that allows you to keep the children and make the stay pleasant for both parents and other guests who want to be more peaceful."
