"We have been guests of this residence for the ski week for several years and I must say that every time we feel at home. Joseph and his family are always attentive to the needs of their guests and nothing is ever missing: the apartments are new and equipped, there is a garage under the structure, there is a sauna and infrared cabin available every day, ski storage with boot warmers, ping pong table and darts, bar with the possibility of breakfast service on the ground floor, coin-operated laundry and last but not least, you are on the slopes."

Very good chef and pastry chef with well-prepared dishes, also to accommodate food intolerances (in my case lactose). Large, well-furnished and clean rooms. Ditto for the bathrooms. Excellent SPA, with large spaces for relaxation and a pleasant experience in the sauna with ******* bells. Town connected by bus and excellent free card for transport and museums of Alto Adige. Skiers can use the transfer to the nearby facilities."

"We had a suite with our own sauna and a living/bedroom on a separate floor, which is perfect for a family of three as we are traveling with our teenage son. All the rooms and suites have wonderful views of the mountains. We chose the hotel for ski in and out capabilities but was surprised that it is also very convenient to travel around with bus with the Almencard that came with the room. I went to Brixen by bus and it took only 30 minutes. My favorite aspect of the hotel is the soulful details: meditation corner in the room with singing bowl and guided meditation instruction, dreamcatcher hang by the window when the bed was made, a dream recording instructions by bed which really helped me to commit my dream to paper… Since I don’t ski I took advantage of the daily guided hikes and just love the slow pace, our wonderful guide Steffi and was stunned by the beauty of South Tyrol every day. The spa is also wonderful as well as the 6 course meal every evening. Love to come back again!"

"The hotel was okay but the elevator was malfunctioning all the time. I once even got stuck for about 20 minutes in the elevator, pressed the emergency button and no one answered. A guy heard me asking for help and brute forced the door open. I told the reception about it to make sure it didn't happen again to anybody else and got told they would put it out of service. They never did and at night somebody else got stuck in it. I recommend avoiding the elevator and using the stairs"

"A really great hotel for a holiday. We always enjoy coming back. We try out all the Falkensteiner hotels and always enjoy coming back to the best Falkensteiner hotels. The Falkensteinerhof and Falkensteiner Antholz are the two best hotels. Definitely. And up here in Vals it is fantastically beautiful. Great hiking tours, great sporting activities. Plus a great hotel, great rooms, new, modern, super clean. And a fantastic view of the mountains. Plus great food and wellness. Everything is always just right at the Falkensteinerhof. So we'll be back, next year at the latest and maybe in between. Let's see if it works out. Big thanks to the whole team, the great kitchen. You are perfect. And I have to say x times better than the Falkensteiner Kronplatz where I spent a week's holiday in July. It was so bad I could scream there at times. And here at the Falkensteinerhof the food is sensationally good. Everything is just right. Great value for money. Drinks prices are completely normal for South Tyrol. Nothing unusual. It is simply "like coming home" here at the Falkensteinerhof."

"Silena soulful hotel lives up to its name, 100%. It's the most beautiful, welcoming, relaxing place I've ever been to. The service is spectatular, as are the meals, especially the 5-course dinners. The spa area is huge, and varied, with many secret hisdeouts for those who like peace and quiet. It's on the pistes so you can ski straight into the hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and finally the rooms and living areas are beautifully furbished. I hope to go back soon!"
