Joseph and his family are always attentive to the needs of their guests and nothing is ever missing: the apartments are new and equipped, there is a garage under the structure, there is a sauna and infrared cabin available every day, ski storage with boot warmers, ping pong table and darts, bar with the possibility of breakfast service on the ground floor, coin-operated laundry and last but not least, you are on the slopes."

It’s evident in every detail that they genuinely care about their guests and aim to provide the very best. From the food to the rooms, the spa, the staff, and the breathtaking views, everything exceeded my expectations. While the hotel is rated as 4-star, I would confidently give it a 5-star rating based on my stay. It was a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience, and we definitely plan to return. Only problem we had was wheelchair access to the pool. The pool that transitions from indoors to outdoors has a few steps. Otherwise, for those not traveling with a wheelchair user, there would be absolutely no problems. The spa is spacious with 2 foor with plenty of relaxation rooms, 3 big dry sauna, 1 big steam sauna two large sky pools, one big jacuzzi pool, and a cold-water pool too. The spa opening at 10 a.m. is a significant advantage, as many hotel spas typically open around 3 p.m. During the summer, wheelchair access would likely not be an issue, but in winter, the snow and cold made it challenging to transfer our wheelchair user outdoors. Overall, Tratterhof is a gem of a hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, comfort, and stunning views."
