"What a lovely place! The hospitality, help and professional services were excellent - from arrival to check-out, I was super impressed. The room, shared balcony and bathroom were all beautiful and immaculately clean, and serviced every day. I particularly loved the breakfast every morning at the shared table, which encouraged conversation with other guests from all over the world. The food was superb. I was so delighted at the view and the position of the place, because I was able to walk down to the beach every day for a safe and beautiful morning walk at the edge of the sea. Muizenberg beach is utterly lovely and very safe. I loved every moment of my stay, and was particularly impressed when the staff discovered I'd left some jewellery behind after my stay, and went out of their way to ensure it was sent on to my next port of call where it arrived safely. "I had the pleasure of staying at Bella Ev in Muizenberg for a couple of nights in February, and it turned out to be an unexpected delight. With Cape Town fully booked due to the Mining Indaba, I was lucky to find this charming boutique guesthouse a little further out—and what a find it was! Hosts Kerime and Kolaann were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The decor, true to its Ottoman House heritage, is elegant and full of character, offering a unique and intimate atmosphere. While my visit was for business and I didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities, I could see why this would be a perfect place to unwind, especially with the beach just a short walk away. I’ll definitely return when I have more time to appreciate the full experience. If you’re looking for a charming and hospitable retreat in Muizenberg, Bella Ev is a fantastic choice!"
