A wonderful location, plentiful parking and the best croissants ever. Murol is charming and easily walkable. We loved the village and this hotel. Many eateries nearby."

"Unfortunately, the property ( superior apartment) was not as described and did not match the photos shown on your platform. The listing clearly showed a kitchen with a microwave and utensils, but in reality there was no usable kitchen and no dishes at all. This was very misleading, as we specifically chose this accommodation because we needed kitchen facilities. Additionally, the apartment had a serious hygiene issue, with ants present throughout the property. We also tried the restaurant at the holiday village, where we received no welcome or instructions and had to figure everything out ourselves. The food quality was poor, with overcooked meat and very limited choice. We had a dogs barking every morning whilst their owner left for breakfast. Careful of steep hill if you have mobility issues Due to these issues, we were forced to leave after only 3 days and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Only positive side was that the location is great as close to chaînes des puys"
