"The hotel's butler service was incredibly comfortable, warm yet maintaining a sense of boundaries. The room overlooks the pool and desert, and even antelopes sometimes visit. The hotel food was delicious; we ate until we were stuffed every day. We chose camel riding and a falconry show as part of the optional activities, highly recommended—they were really fun."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Desert Palm Hotel in Dubai, and it was truly an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy peaceful surroundings away from the city’s hustle, this is the perfect escape. A special mention must go to Jerome, the swimming pool bartender. His friendliness, genuine care, and positive attitude made a real difference . He delivers service with sincerity and professionalism, always with a smile, and truly embodies what hospitality should feel like. Overall, this is a place I would highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy exceptional service in a serene setting. I will definitely be coming back."

"The queen bed was a bit of a letdown, made up of two 90cm beds pushed together. Everything else was fine. There's a bar downstairs."

"A beautiful, clean hotel with excellent service. However, it's a bit far from the city center."

"The check in done in a short time, although we reached the hotel around 3 and there were most of the people checking in. The room was not clean we found some dirt tissue, hair on the toilet, and chocolate on the floor. When we decided to check out we requested someone to help us with the luggage but we waited for half an hour and nobody came."

"Stay at premier inn is quit awesome .... especially the cleaness and staff services are really good."

"Environment: The hotel is located on the side of the highway, very easy to find, surrounded by desert, the overall style is the ancient desert buildings, very beautiful 😻 love this style Service: Special thanks to the hotel staff Kristie, who made us feel at home and enjoyed the pampering of the private butler. The other staff were also very enthusiastic, better than a five-star hotel, very warm, safe and reliable. The hotel provided me with free falcon photo service and astronomical telescope 🔭 The handsome guy who provided observation service made the children feel his professionalism. He can train eagles and operate astronomical telescopes. He is a powerful man. In addition, we saw horses and camels in the hotel in the morning, took free photos, fed them grass, and the children's curiosity was fully satisfied 😌 Environment: Kristie upgraded me to a two-bedroom pool tent room, and the desert experience was even more full! The children were so happy when they entered the house that they screamed 🙀 They wanted to play immediately regardless of the sand burning their feet, and then swam in the outdoor heated swimming pool in their room. They were so happy that they flew ha! Health: The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Recommended!"

"The hotel isn't clean, but the location is good. There's no parking."
