"Location was good but the service was very poor. Took more than 1. 5 hrs to deliver one item at room despite of no of calls. No pickup of call at room service and restaurant. Quilt was very dirty. At restaurant no one was taking care of exhausted food item and replacing it. Guest were sitting idle with veg waiting for bread though food was tasty. Need cleaning of so called lake as it was filled with algae and water was smelling inviting mosquitoes unhygienic for health"

"Very cool atmosphere. We used a rented binocular and our two kids had a lot of fun ***** with our family friends in seeing wild boars, elephants crossing roads, one horned rhinos and their cubs and lots of deers. Lake inside has lots of dancing fishes which we can see from the observatory tower. We can bargain for the rent of telescope. Climate was superb when we visited. Jeep safari in maruti gypsy is thrilling. We van really enjoy the fresh air and the scenery of flowers in the wild trees. So please visit Assam only when kaziranga park is opened."
