The accommodations were superb, especially since we seemed to be the only family at the campsite the day we stayed. The cabin facilities were better than expected. The water pressure in the shower and the drainage were both good. There were two major problems, but they weren't something the campsite could solve. One was that the sand around our cabin was covered in burrs, and our dog's paws were pricked several times, even bleeding. The other was the swarms of flying insects outside the windows and doors at night, like something out of a horror movie, threatening to engulf the house. We thought the cabins had screens, so we could leave the windows open without needing air conditioning, but there were tiny flying insects, less than a centimeter long and as thin as needles, that flew in and swarmed all over the overhead lights while we were showering.
